At Shorebreak Finance, we’re more than a mortgage brokerage - we’re trusted partners in our clients’ property journeys. As a boutique firm, we pride ourselves on personalised service, long-term relationships, and helping our clients feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
We’re looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Client Lending Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a key role at the operational heart of the business, ensuring every loan journey runs smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Broker Support & Loan Processing
Enter and maintain client data in our CRM (Infynity)
Prepare initial servicing calculators and loan submissions for broker review
Order property valuations and prepare supporting documentation
Submit applications through Apply Online and follow up on lender queries
Client Communications
Help onboard new clients and follow up on outstanding documentation
Coordinate settlement details with clients and third parties
Support post-settlement follow-ups, reviews, and client appreciation touches
Step in to cover our Client Services team’s workload when needed (e.g. leave cover) - so you'll get exposure across the full client journey, not just one lane
Compliance Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation (e.g. SOCA, credit consents, ID, income verification, liability statements)
Ensure internal records meet regulatory requirements
About You
You don’t need to have a finance background. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have strong administrative and organisational skills
Are confident communicating professionally with clients, lenders, and the team
Understand the mortgage process (or are keen to learn)
Are proactive, adaptable, and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
Have experience with digital platforms like the Microsoft Office suite and/or Infynity (or are keen to learn)
Value working in a supportive, flexible, and client-first environment
Why Join Shorebreak Finance?
Be part of the next stage of growth of a boutique brokerage focused on relationships and wealth creation, not just transactions
Work alongside a small, supportive team who care about getting it right, not just getting it done
Opportunity to grow your skills and shape this evolving role
